The "Booking" application serves as the entry point for company specialists or their immediate supervisors to book workspaces.
The application offers the following features:

  • Booking workspaces (including advance booking up to 10 working days)
  • Cancelling existing bookings (if necessary)
  • Viewing available workspace reservations
  • Notifying users about the status of their booking requests
2.1 Booking a workspace

  1. Open the Application in your browser
  2. You will be redirected to a page with a personalized greeting
  3. Click the 'Start booking' button
  4. The system will analyze information about the specialist's office visit restrictions and display a page for selecting reservation dates.
Note: Project managers have the option to book workspaces for their subordinates. In the "Select Dates" form (at the upper right corner), there is a section labeled "On behalf of". Select the "Someone else" option and enter the relevant user's information.
Users may face restrictions when booking workspaces due to reasons such as COVID-19 illness, security incidents, etc. The system automatically analyzes the provided data (including the duration of the restriction), displays an informational notification, and deactivates the restricted dates by showing them in light gray.
